After five years of University study while working full time in law firms or barristers' chambers, our very own solicitor Hamish Williams has now been admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Congratulations Hamish.
He specialises in Employment Law, including unfair dismissal and bullying matters. Hamish has experience in providing advice to clients across a range of employment law issues including, employment contracts and policies, unfair dismissal and bullying. He provides advice to both to employers and employees and is focused on providing a practical solution to achieve fair outcomes in the workplace.
He also specialises in Estate Law including Probate and disputed Estates (sometimes called family provision claims). Hamish has assisted clients in everything from drafting simple wills, to more complex wills using testamentary trusts, and Powers of Attorney and appointments of Enduring Guardian. Hamish has also assisted clients in obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration and administering both simple and complex estates.
